Utility Rooms

Most people will want to spend less on their utility room and will go for a cheaper version of what they have in their kitchen, as it is not used as much and is often out of sight.

It can be used to house the washing machine, tumble dryer, and cleaning essentials, perhaps with an additional sink. If the utility room leads outside, it may also be used as a boot room.

Functionality is the main focus, but a well planned design is essential, especially in a small space. Full height cupboards work well in utility rooms, and are useful storage for ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and coats.

Alternatively if the utility room leads off the kitchen you may want to have it designed as a continuation of the kitchen, by using the same style units and worktops.
